I think the trick is knowing what size works for you and if this style works with your body type. I'm 60 years old (ex figure skater and soccer player) and although I'm about 20 pounds off my ideal weight, I've kept very active and still have nice skater legs which this style compliments my legs. I'm big busted so I have to be careful what styles make my boobs look bigger which I don't want. Love this swimsuit. Colors are vibrant (hopefully don't get lost in a wash) material feels good. And I've been working out trying to tone up and tighten my arms and mid section. So if you had mid rolls, this might not be the style for you. Overall, I absolutely love this bathing suit and at 60, I feel vibrant, youthful and sexy. I've bought several styles, colors and patterns from the Rekita company. Very pleased with all of them.
