Customer service is absolutely useless. The product was clearly defective. I followed all of the instructions per your refund policy, and I still have someone from Customer Service, trying to negotiate a settlement of only a percentage of what I paid. You can improve by simply honoring your posted refund policy. My attempt at a refund has dragged out for weeks now.

I did not like the suit. I've asked repleatedly to refund my money. All I get is another email saying why I can't get my refund. I bought in good faith figure it would not be a problem to return. I ordered this suit, which in the photos and descriptions show “tan”. First of all, it’s not tan, it’s definitely a green colour, nowhere close to what is shown in the pictures, plus you sent the wrong size. Why don’t you call this suit green as that’s what the colour actually is, not tan. If I’d wanted a green suit, I would have ordered one.

I ordered this suit in a size MEDIUM and in the BROWN colour. I was shipped a size SMALL in GREEN and when I told you both colour and size were wrong your response was to try it on and see if it fit!!! wtf kind of response is that? If I fit and wanted a size small in green, I would have ordered it in size small and green. Your business practice sucks and I won’t order from your site again.

I love this suit! The picture doesn't do it justice. I love that this suit makes me feel confident after baby. It is modest and feels like you're wearing a cute dress so you don't even need a cover up. But I appreciate that there is some cleavage showing. The gold detailing makes it look elevated also.
